Shipping and Receiving
You may select your method of shipping at the time of purchase. Your cost will be actual shipping plus a small handling charge. Normally, your DVD will be shipped within 24 hours and you will receive it based upon the method of shipping that you choose. During the pre-sale period, which lasts until November 15, 2010, you should allow four to six weeks before your disc will be shipped.
